Hi everyone I am looking for professional people with a clean record, I have a clean record with a current DBS certificate.

The house is conveniently situated in middle between M4 & A40/M40 and a short walk or a direct U2 bus ride to Hillingdon tube station Met & Piccadilly line.
I have a lovely modern 5 bed home with a large garden and Wooden decking with use of gas BBQ if required, I have a drive with 1 spare space and off road parking in front of house, I have modern kitchen with the use of washing machine, oven & hob included.
luxury bathroom with corner jacuzzi, bath and power shower with heated flooring through the bathroom.
There is a very roomy lounge with round tub chair and a leather corner sofa.
There is a large all glass dining table.
I have live in Bengal female cats which people with allergies will not suffer due to fur type look it up on google. I also have 1 child 1/2 of the time, i. e. week on week off hence 2 flat mates in the description.
There is also a down stairs cloak room so there are no issues with the toilet.
The double room available is spacious due to the bay window. The room has lots of built in storage with hanging space, modern comfortable bed with linen included and bedroom door has its own lock for your privacy & peace of mind.
The only bill not included is if you want your own separate sky or virgin box.
Outdoor smoking is only acceptable.
The house has built in smoke alarms and high security door lock for peace of mind.
I may consider the right couple at an additional rental rate..
