I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy agreement at Felda House Wembley. The accommodation will be free as of 10th of May and can be rented until 6th of September.
The room situated on the 6th floor is very bright, well maintained and has an ensuite bathroom. It also has an office, office chair and a large bed. There are 5 rooms in the appartement sharing a kitchen and sofa/TV corner.
The kitchen is fully equiped with amenities liketv, refrigerator, microwave, and oven/grill and more.
In the building there are shared areas like a lounge, TV room, study room as well as Laundry facilities.
You also have free access to a gym and pool.
The Wembley Park station is 3 minutes away with fast connections to central London.
I offer my kitchen tools and plastic boxes for organising.
