There's a shared fridge, and a shared microwave in a hallway, kettle in the room.

All bedroom doors have locks.

It's rented on SA basis.

Small pets on premises, so only people who don't mind animals.

The house is very quiet and private. People are respectful, private and mind their own business.

The room is available for viewings and you can arrange viewing by messaging back. I check messages promptly.
