Spacious, furnished, clean double room available for an easy-going, sociable, considerate and tidy lodger to be part of my home. This is a single occupancy for a mature 25+ male or female. You will be sharing this home with me and my friendly cat Oscar.

I am a professional male with love of my own space and privacy and offer the same in return. I have lived here for 24 years and more recently on my own for 5 years before taking on my first lodger. Ideally I am seeking a lodger, that is respectful requiring their own space and privacy as well as being clean, tidy and sociable.

The room is an excellent size complete with double bed, fitted wardrobes with PLENTY of STORAGE SPACE, Double Glazing and Central Heating. Plug sockets come fitted with 4 USB points for electronic devices.

Access to the rest of the home includes fitted kitchen, power shower, looked after garden with decking and seating area use for smokers (no illegal drugs permitted in or around the property) including fire pit for BBQ's The home also has a conservatory with separate fridge, freezer, Miele washing machine and place to dry laundry. includes super fast internet wifi, all utility bills, including Council Tax.

My home is located on one of the quietest and leafiest’s pleasant roads in North Wembley, just under a 10 minutes walk to North Wembley station on Bakerloo Line and 15 minutes walk to Wembley Station or Sudbury Town. With plenty of local bus routes.

Rent is £580 PCM. An inventory/damage deposit of £250 and 4 weeks rent in advance is required. The room will be available with a minimum of a 6 months short term let. If both parties mutually agree this can be extended after that period.
