I am looking for a replacement STUDENT tenant for my Felda House Wembley studio from 05/09/20 to 09/07/21 at a reduced rate £240pw with bills included. The move-in date is negotiable but preferably no later than 23/09/20. A further discount is possible if the tenancy can be taken over in full length.
I am afraid this flat is for full-time student ONLY as Felda House is a student accommodation. Furthermore, the flat is designed for single occupancy. Those requirements are non-negotiable.
This is a spacious Gold studio located on the 9th floor, with a nice and wide-ranging view, provided by three large windows towards North and East. The flat is with full kitchen facilities and a large toilet, which the shower is designed to be disabled-friendly. Felda House Wembley is a modern student accommodation located at the heart of Wembley Park, a dynamic and newly-developed suburb. Felda House is only 3 min walk from Wembley Park Station, which has two lines towards Central London. The UCL main campus can be reached by the Metropolitan line in 18 minutes and Baker Street in 12 minutes. The night tube service is available on the Jubilee line.
Supermarkets such as ASDA, Sainsbury's, Co-op and Lidl is reachable within 10 minutes from the property. Boxpark Wembley is also just 300m away, providing lively socialising and exotic dining experience.
