Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom

Hi!

We’re a young couple looking to rent our ground floor, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The property would be ideal for a commuter as we are literally a 30 second walk from Whitton over ground station, which has a fast train (23 mins) into Waterloo station. We are 5 minutes from the M3 motorway and a 5 minute drive from Twickenham and Richmond. There is also plenty of parking in the road.

All bills and WiFi are provided within the rental price and the room can come furnished or unfinished at the tenants request.

We have a 6 month old puppy, Peggy so we would need somebody that is okay with pets. She’s super friendly and very playful, but obviously we will keep her out of your private space ☺️. She is a cockapoo so she is hypoallergenic so no problem for allergies and you won’t be finding hairs anywhere!

We both work full time and are usually out and about, in the gym most evenings or off on walks with the pup.

We’re very laid back, but would like somebody who is clean and tidy. The bedroom has never been rented before and has just been newly painted, new carpets, brand new bed and mattress, etc.

We have an extra lounge area which is currently used as a gym/music studio but we would be happy for somebody to use that room if you wanted some extra space, or room to workout or whatever - I’ll share my resistance bands!
