Hounslow High Street is a shopper's paradise with over 4x more shops is just under a 30-min walk away.

Whitton --- 17-min walk
Hounslow --- 15-min walk

Tube stations are all about a 30-min walk but they can be reached faster by bus:

The room is suitable for a clean and considerate professional who is looking for a quiet place. The landlord would expect someone who is in full-time employment with references - no students, couples or room sharing whatsoever.
