Spareroom tell me I have to include a reason why we're requesting females, it's a personal preference, nothing weird or anything. We'll hardly be here (my female wife) and I.

I have 2 large ensuite rooms available at different times to rent, open to 1 single female per room. Looking for a high standard, clean, tidy, lovely tenant as the house has high quality fittings & furniture. Beds have good quality, luxurious mattresses.

There is a possibility of providing an office in the property, at an extra cost, as well for home workers (1 room has a built in desk & chair). Happy to discuss move in dates etc. We're Australian, we have a soft spot for fellow Australians/Kiwi's but open to anyone.

Kitchen is very large, modern appliances, granite worktops, breakfast bar, dining room, lounge room etc etc

* I don't have a picture of the ensuite bathroom/shower but it is very large, approx 2.5m x 3.5m, with loads of storage (2 x 1000 wide cupboards, 2.2m high & 2 other 600mm wide cupboards)
