House share with 3 down to earth and outgoing professionals in a beautiful bungalow just 5 minutes walk to Hounslow station and 6 minutes to Whitton station and High Street. Housemate required due to current housemate of 3 years buying her own house!

All bills included, though we all chip in £11.25 per week for a cleaner.

YOUR ROOM

• Large double room with large bay window, modern furniture and plenty of storage space (3 extra large, floor-to-ceiling, built-in wardrobes). Room comes with bed, window dresser and 2x bedside drawers. (The plants, TV/stand and items on the dresser are our current housemates and will be removed).

THE HOUSE

• The double-glazed, detached bungalow comes fully furnished with a spacious living room including a 65 inch smart UHD TV and oak flooring.

• The large, modern kitchen is fitted with a range cooker (with 7 hobs and 2 ovens), dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and double fridge freezer.

• The bathroom is complimented with a powerful shower and bath.

• The well-maintained and sizeable garden features a summerhouse, shed, patio, BBQ, greenhouse and garden furniture, along with (Alexa controlled) ambient lighting: perfect for socialising.

• Security of the home includes a porch, Ring security cameras, security lighting and Chubb locks.

• The house is fitted with ultra-fast 1.1Gbps internet speed (with mesh system), dual smoke/carbon monoxide alarms and Alexa smart speakers.

THE HOUSEMATES

• The housemates, comprising two male 33 year old professionals, and one female 30 year old professional, are down to earth, friendly, bubbly, easy to get on with and outgoing.
• One of the housemates runs a part-time dog care business, sometimes looking after anywhere from 1-3 (friendly) dogs at a time in the house, so you absolutely MUST be fully comfortable and confident with dogs.

• Off street parking is available on the large driveway, enough to fit up to 5 cars.
