The property is situated 5 minutes walking distance from West Drayton station for the Elizabeth line. It is 10 minutes away from large Tesco and Aldi. The surrounding area has a lot of green paths - nice for walking, biking or jogging. The room is a comfortable size with wooden floors and double-glazed windows. It has its own air conditioning/heating pump.
You will have use of an ensuite brand new shower room all nicely tiled. Currently, the room has just a sofa bed (unfolding to a double bed)- as we would like to furnish the rest based on the new occupant's preferences. We would welcome a professional or a student who appreciates a quiet and tidy household.
The house is equipped with a washer/dryer, and dishwasher and has soft water in all the taps as well osmosis water filter for drinking water. The house has a garden which you are free to use to dine alfresco in summer or rest on the loungers available. Please note there is no smoking anywhere on the property and no excessive drinking or partying.
