Spare Room in Beautiful Modern House

I have a lovely modern room to let, King size bed, new storage furniture and dressing table. The room has beautiful views of the Pentland Hills. Although the room doesn't have on suite, the Bathroom is right next door and as I am the only other person living in the house and I have my own bathroom, it is almost exclusive use except for guests of course. I also have a room that I use as an office/dressing room etc which I am quite happy for you to use. Downstairs you will have full use of the kitchen/dining/tv seating area, very modern and double patio doors to the back garden, which also has views of the Pentlands. The house is situated right at the front of the estate so the bus stop is a few minutes walk and the bus route is direct into the city. Or you can drive five mins to Straiton Park and Ride, which is free to park and jump on the bus direct into the city. I am minutes in the car from Straiton shopping area which has Costco, Ikea, and many shops and supermarkets. I also have Sky TV and Unlimited Broadband.
