Modern and cosy double room available until Xmas

Double room available from Mon, 2nd Dec until Christmas (24th Dec).

Modern and comfortable room with access to your own bathroom (with bath tub and shower). Plus the use of shared spaces incl. kitchen and living room.

All bedding and towels are provided.

Location wise, the house is in a safe residential area and is close to KEA and Straiton Retail Park where there is Sainsbyry's, M&S and Lidl and further along there's also 24 hour Asda. The University of Edinburgh Easter Bush Campus is 10 mins walk.

The bus stop is 2 mins from the house and take 30 to 40 mins to get to the city centre (depending on the time of day). The buses are frequent i. e. every 10 to 15 mins.

Living with a friendly professional couple. We're open to having a single person stay with us at £175 pw or a couple at £300 pw.

Get in touch if you need to move in urgently or just for a few weeks as the room is only available until the 24th Dec.

We may look to rent the room out again from January.
