Hello, I have a single room to let in my family home in Edinburgh. I am a single parent with a 9 year old daughter so I will only consider female lodgers. We also have a friendly dog and a cat.
The room is furnished with a single bed (bed linen and towels provided if required), a desk and single wardrobe. My home is situated just outside the city centre on good bus routes (bus stop at the end of the street with regular buses to city centre, the journey to city centre about 15/20 mins) in a residential area. There is a large shopping centre nearby (Craigleith retail park) and it is very near the Western General Hospital and Edinburgh College Granton campus.
My house is a quiet family home so would best suit a student who would like a quiet environment for studying.
