I have a large single room for rent in my detached house in Broomieknowe Park, Bonnyrigg. Quiet location adjacent to Broomieknowe golf course. I live in the house with my 11 year old son and 15 year old daughter. (They usually spend 3 or 4 nights elsewhere, each week). I have a lovely friendly dog and two cats, so you must like animals. I'd prefer a female tenant who is either a student or a professional - someone who would fit in well with the family. You would have free access to the large kitchen, sitting room and bathroom. You have a toilet right outside your room door and a modern bathroom upstairs. Parking is available and it's 3 minutes walk to the 31 bus route - great, frequent service to Edinburgh. There is also a railway station at Eskbank - 20 minute walk or 10 minute cycle. This accomodation would suit someone who prefers a quieter lifestyle, although there are local attractions and Edinburgh is 20 minutes away.
