All students, really easy to get along with we met in August 2017 when we took on the flat. It has a large shared living room and kitchen, one bathroom. It is a really spacious flat 2 minutes walk from Merchiston campus, very regular buses into town/other uni's. Rent is £485 per month, bills are £32 each per month. we have made the flat very homely since moving in, ideal student flat.
