I will be moving out at the end of July and I'm looking for somebody to take over the room.

First floor flat, beautifully furnished, high ceilings, bath/shower, cosy gas fireplace, gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, shared garden access and shared living room.

Location
Right in the heart of Bruntsfield, which is filled with some great cafes, shops and restaurants. Very close to Tesco & Sainsbury’s as well as some independent delis. A 2 min walk to the Meadows and 30 min walk into the city centre. The flat is also well connected with bus routes taking you into the city as well as the Pentland hills.

Your bedroom
Comes with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, side table and cupboard. It gets the sunlight in the evening and contains a large radiator.

Please note: there is no TV or TV licence in the flat.
