The room is available from December 1st. The flat is fully furnished, and the central location is very convenient for walking, and is right on many bus lines.

The room is spacious and bright, featuring large bay windows and a fireplace. It comes fully furnished with a large bed (not pictured) desk, chair, shelves and drawers. The kitchen is also quite big and well stocked – excellent for anyone who likes to cook - and has a dining table and couch. There is a washing machine and dryer, and all the appliances are all relatively new. The bathroom has a shower and bath. Storage space in the flat is excellent, with a box room and large kitchen cupboard.

Bruntsfield is a great place to live – convenient for getting into town, and very well connected with bus lines. There are plenty of supermarkets in the area to choose from, everything from Tesco to the organic grocer. The flat also has access to the shared back garden, which is excellent in summer, and of course you have Bruntsfield links right on your doorstep.

We are Ben and Lola, two professional creatives. Ben works for a gallery, and Lola is a freelance writer. We should also mention our extra freeloading housemate Colette the cat, a tiny black kitty who lives with Lola. We would love to find new housemates who are pretty laid back, but enjoy a sense of community in their house. We are set up like most share houses, with a nice combination of tea and chats in the kitchen, the odd games night, and a healthy respect for alone time.
