We are looking for another female to move in to the largest bedroom in our homely flat in Bruntsfield from the start of July 2021.

The flat has a lot of storage, a large kitchen with a social area, and access to a shared garden. Rent for the room is £474.50, council tax is £48.05 (starts in April), internet is £7.75, electricity and gas is £27.13 and stair cleaning is £3.18, all monthly.

We enjoy some social time together like watching tv in the evening, playing cards and getting to know eachother, but also appreciate and respect eachother's alone time. We are looking for someone who is considerate, clean and tidy with shared spaces in the flat, and open minded.

We are super close to a lot of bus links, and Haymarket station is about 20 minute walk. Very near to local amenities and larger supermarkets like Lidl are in walking distance.
