We are offering a double room in a three bedroom flat with a spacious living room. It’s on the fourth floor located in the heart of Bruntsfield.

You will be sharing the flat with two easy-going professional males.

We are looking for a friendly non smoker person, responsible and willing to do their share in keeping the flat clean and joyful.

As we are not the party type, we would to find somebody like-minded who is aware of others.

Flat is 20 minutes walk from the city centre and is close to Fountainpark, Haymarket station and Edinburgh and Napier University campuses. Walking distance from the Meadows and main great cafes, pubs and eateries. Bus routes 11, 15, 16, 23, 36 and 45 pass nearby.

The price of the room is £366 p/m excluding electricity, Internet bills and Council Tax.

We are renting the flat through an agency and one month deposit will be required.
