Room available end of November Bruntsfield

Hi,

I'm looking for a subletter for my room from next week (around 23 November) until the end of February 2021, although I'll consider people for move in until the end of December 2020.

End of February date is still quite flexible as I don't know exactly if I won't be coming back later.

The room's on the 3rd floor in the Edinburgh Student Housing Coop, so if you're into that sort of vibes hit me up.

The room contains: a double bed, mattress, set of bedsheets + bedsheet covers, desk, desk lamp, chair, clothes rack, and lots of shelving.
Also a working heater :p

The flat is a 5-person flat with a shared kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, all that stuff, and contains all the pots and pans and cutlery etc. you might need! also a dose of communal spices lol).

The rent is £338 per month and includes all bills + WiFi + communal cleaning supplies (toilet paper, washing up liquid, bin bags, laundry powder).

The flat has no washing machine. The washing machine is located in the other building (28 Wright's Houses) in the basement. There are 2 laundry machines + 2 tumble driers for communal use. Laundry powder is provided.
