Double Room in Bruntsfield Student Flat

Hey!

We have a furnished double bedroom available from the 8th of December. You would be sharing with two 3rd-year female students. Bills are extra and usually around £35 per month.

It’s a large room, with two large windows, a double bed, big wardrobe and a desk. The flat further has a big light kitchen and a small dinning room. There are two bathrooms and plenty of storage space.

We are ideally looking for a friendly, easy-going and reliable person who would enjoy being part of the flat life. We are a sociable flat and like to go for walks, play some games or share dinner, but we are mostly busy during the day and respect each others private space. We also try to keep the flat a clean and homely place.

The flat is rented with a letting agency that requires two reference letters in the application.
