Looking for a new flatmate!
Bright freshly painted room in Bruntsfield overlooking Arthur's seat.
Rent is £650 including bills (gas, electricity, Internet and council tax).
Double bedroom in a 3 bedroom second floor flat with big hallway, living room, kitchen/dining room as well as shared communal garden (see photos). The flat is also just off the main road going through Bruntsfield and 100m from the links.
It's me and my girlfriend staying in the flat at the currently. My sister is the other flatmate but is away with work on placement. We're quite an active flat (cycling, mountain biking, running) and enjoy watching different series and films. We also make a lot of big meals together like paellas, curries and different pasta dishes. We're generally very clean and try to keep the kitchen, living room and hallway clean most of the time.
Moving dates are flexible and can arrange viweing times as required
