Double room in really nice Bruntsfield flat

Hi there,

My flatmate is leaving this summer so I am looking for a new flatmate. The flat is a 2 bedroom to be shared with me. It has a huge kitchen with a great cooker set up. Shared bathroom and lounge. There is also a little box room with a single bed which has been great for friends and family to stay over. The room comes all furnished and is facing the garden so it is really quiet.

The building has an amazing garden where a lot of people hang out, ideal for basking in the sun in summer and picnics ;). There is loads of space and it is definitely possible to work from home.

Flat is closed to the Meadows and Fountainbridge area and seconds away from great brunch places and cafes.

A little bit about me, I work in film (working from home at the moment). I lead a busy life, usually hanging out with friends, running, swimming, doing artsy stuff etc. I love this flat and hanging out at home is great. I really appreciate my own space but equally so I love watching movies and sharing a glass (bottle) of wine. I have lived in this flat for a few years now and it is a total vibe!

All together rent varies between £570-£600 depending on the gas bill. That includes energy, council tax and internet. This is through an agency so you will need to pass reference checks etc. There is no dedicated parking space per se but if you have a car you can get a parking permit for the area.
