Very large living room and very spacious kitchen. Living room has a view of the castle. Most of the furniture is brand new, including the beds and sofas. There is also a log burner.
There is a communal garden that is shared with the rest of the block, and lots of cafes, restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk in Merchiston / Polwarth.
Non-smokers only please. I work from home, and will be in the office 2 days a week. The flat also has a self-contained home office and lots of storage space.
