Located in the desirable heart of Bruntsfield close to the Meadows. Off the main road, within a stone’s throw of the cafes, boutiques and bars, is our lovely victorian flat.

As to the room, it comes fully furnished with double bed, desk, wardrobe and sofa-bed. and the flat is equipped with all mod cons - GCH, shower/bath, Washing machine, WIFI etc.

Bus stops are 2 minutes away, but why bother when the Top 2 tourist attractions in Scotland (the museum and Castle) are just 10 minutes walk through the traffic-less 'Meadows' Park.

Tesco’s, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose are all nearby, along with the Warrender swimming baths.
