A lovely large double room has just become vacant in the flat where I'm living. The flat was fully refurbished two years ago, just before I've moved in and it's in a great condition, and spacious. The room is furnished and has a comfortable bed, a large wardrobe, a table and an armchair. The bathroom unit has a cabin shower, very practical when sharing a flat:) the kitchen is large and well equiped with a fridge, washing machine, a dish washer and has also an extra storage space. There is also an old style ceiling clothes drying rack in the kitchen which does the job very well.
The flat will be shared just with myself, a professional working for the University. I would be glad to share the flat with another professional, trustworthy, serious, tidy and pleasant to live with.
The £600/pm rent includes the Council Tax. The cost for the bills (gas+electricity and internet) are to be shared.
There is access to a lovely inner courtyard which is really well taken care of and lovely to use on sunny days.
