Two furnished double bedrooms near the Meadows

Bedroom 1 (Long Let)

Hi folks! We're trying to find two lovely people who would move into our epic flat :)

One of our flatmates is moving out at the beginning of June, so we're looking for someone to move into Bedroom 1 long-term. Our other flatmate is moving out at the beginning of June as well but just for three months, so we're subletting bedroom 2 for up to three months.

This flat has three very spacious, furnished bedrooms, a big living room, fully-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and a bathroom. The whole flat is very luminous and bright because of the skylights.

The flat is in a lovely area between Fountainbridge and the Meadows (Bruntsfield). It has very good bus connections, and all shops are within walking distance. Since this is a top-floor flat, it is unfortunately not disabled-friendly.

The rent for each room would be £665pm, bills excluded. Bills go up to around £50 each month. A deposit is required for both bedrooms. Since we're with an agency, the person moving into bedroom 1 would need a UK-based guarantor or they would need to pay 6 months of rent upfront.

A little about me: I'm about to graduate uni, I like learning new languages, playing video games, baking and reading. I work as a barista and will probably be starting a Master's degree programme next semester. I really enjoy spending some quality time with my flatmates, I play DnD and love board games (this applies to me and my other flatmate 🌈). We also enjoy organising dinners together and hanging out to watch stuff.

This flat would be ideal for a student for tax purposes, since both my flatmate and I are full-time students, but we'd also be open to sharing with a professional (you'd have a 25% discount hehe).
