Myself and my girlfriend work overseas, we only expect to be there 6-8 weeks a years. So you’ll effectively have a massive flat to yourself.

Seeking: trusted couple to take care of the flat. Professionals. Mid twenties to mid thirties, the flat would easily accommodate someone who needs to work from home. I will be vetting potential renters, as there will be no oversight once in.

Layout of flat is: Large living room, large bedroom (king size bed), kitchen/dining room, Box room (with spare bed for guests), bathroom, large pantry, cloak cupboard.

Amenities:
Crazy good coffee machine, washing machine, separate dryer, fridge freezer, separate beer fridge, (no dish washer yet, but planning to install in june), fibre optic WIFI, Smart TV, Central heating, pots/pans, Tupperware, utensils.

Room fully supplied: New pillows, New Duvet, New Mattress. If wanted. Room also has king size bed, 2 bed sized tables, 2 cupboards, chest of drawers and big mirror.
All you need is sheets and towels.
