Hi! I have a spacious furnished room (bedroom 2) available in our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Bruntsfield, Edinburgh. The room is furnished with a double bed, a study table, a 3-shelf drawer, a chair, a wardrobe, and hangers. The rent is £750 per month (bills not included), and the council tax is Band D. The flat has a shared kitchen, living room, and a garden, along with a shared bathroom and separate toilet.

The flat is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Edinburgh just next to the meadows, with great bus links (just a 2-10 minute walk away), and major grocery stores nearby, including some Asian markets. If you’re into fitness, there are also a couple of PureGym locations nearby. The flat comes with a washer-dryer and a dishwasher for convenience.

You’d be living with a friendly working professionals that works remotely. They are quiet, laid-back, and enjoy the occasional chat, but also like their personal space.
