It’s in a great residential area with lots of stores around and restaurants nearby & very accessible to buses. It’s a 15 minute bus ride to old town, a 5 minute walk from the Meadows and a 5 minute walk to Napier University Merchiston campus.
There is a shared kitchen space with a little couch and tv.
Bills are usually around £20ish a month. If you are not a student you will need to pay council tax by yourself (with a 25% reduction).
