Room for rent

Hello!

Are you looking for somewhere to stay next year? I have a room for rent in student flat.

Looking for someone at the end of June or July. This will be perfect time for the fringe

This flat has 3 students.

There will be one female international student from Copenhagen for one semester.

A female art student from Glasgow.

A male politics student from London.

There is a communal kitchen and a communal bathroom between all the female.

This room has a great view of the closed off community garden, and there is a double bed, desk, side table, wardrobe and 2 sets of draws for storage. This room is very spacious.

As a flat, we are very friendly and we often watch TV together or go out for walks or events.
If you are a student, looking for somewhere to stay, this flat is situated 15 minutes walk from the university, as well as having a direct bus route to the main campus.

There are local shops within walking distance and a community park down the road.
