The flat is very big, consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms (yours will be en-suite), a big spare room (we use it as storage but it could be an office/yoga studio), living room, kitchen.
The rent is £650 per flatmate.
Council tax (Band E), gas, electricity and broadband come to £180 a month per flatmate, so you would pay £830PCM total.
The property is leased via letting agent.
