Hi there! We are looking for a tidy, friendly and respectful FEMALE flatmate to fill one room in our flat. (Note: Students are welcome, but would need to contribute to council tax)

You would be sharing the flat with -

Myself (Sarah) - Working Professional
Lorna - Theatre Studies Student
Emma - Film Studies Ph. D. Scholar

We all enjoy chatting and occasionally spending time together in our communal spaces, but we also very much value time to ourselves, and are always respectful of each other’s space and varying schedules.

Some of our interests include - creative arts (theatre, writing, film, etc.), outdoor activities, reading, tea&coffee, running, game/movie nights, baking, crafting, etc.

We would love to connect with a chill, courteous, mature, and like-minded individual! We are definitely a cozy bunch, and not a party flat. Dinner gatherings & movie nights are more our cup of tea :)

We also are looking for someone who would be able to commit to a long-term lease if possible; We have had quite a lot of change in the flat recently with people moving in and out, so this is very important to us.

We have a weekly shared cleaning rota that helps keep the flat nice for everyone, and we’d like our new flatmate to respect and be on board with that.

The flat has a beautiful shared garden and is right outside several bus links taking you directly into the city centre.

Managed by ‘Forth Property Management’ who are super involved and helpful.

Rent is £530 per month

Bills + council tax would be roughly £100 per month.
