I’m looking for a new flatmate to move in early March!
The rent is £700 without bills.
My current flatmate is moving out but we have a lovely two bedroom flat on Bruntsfield Place. The location is great and the flat is gorgeous. We get good light and have a very big kitchen!
There’s a common backyard if you need a little green in the spring and summertime.
We’ve kept the place clean and pretty peaceful so that’s all I’d be looking for in a new flatmate!
I’m a pretty relaxed guy! I like music and reading! I go out often to socialize and enjoy going to restaurants I’d say once a week! I’m quiet around the flat, but I’m not often around as I work in hospitality. You’ll probably only catch cooking once in a while or writing in the living room!
