Sunny room available in desirable Bruntsfield

Hello! We have a good sized, south facing double bedroom for rent in lovely Bruntsfield. The room looks onto a huge shared garden, which gets tonnes of sun (when there is sun). The flat comprises of: shared bathroom with bath/shower combo, shared kitchen and a shared (very spacious) livingroom/dining area. The flat is pet friendly, would just need to run it by the landlord.

Our current flatmate is set to leave on 01/04/26, so a move in date around then would be ideal.

A bit about us: both professionals in hospitality in our 30s. Pretty easy going peeps, often out of the flat due to work. We do get in from shifts in the early morning, something to be aware of. I'm from Edinburgh and my flatmate is South African.

Not looking for someone who likes to host parties all the time etc as we are getting old! Saying that, of course friends are welcome. Someone who is chill, clean, tidy and respectful would be glorious :)
