Double room in gorgeous garden flat in Bruntsfield

I'm a single female academic, with a big double room to let in rather gorgeous period main door flat. Photos not brilliant I know but room has double bed, wardrobe, desk, ergonomic chair, tv, chest of drawers , extra storage, mirror and stripped wooden floors. Bedding available if desired plus electric blanket!

The flat is located in a leafy cul de sac , but still only minutes from the lovely shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes in both Bruntsfield and Tollcross and an easy walk ( 15-20 mins) from Ed Uni. It also has a deck and front and back gardens, wi fi, dishwasher, newly installed marble-topped kitchen, new boiler and tumble dryer, excellent shower, and basically all mod cons. I have 2 lovely cats and DEFINITELY need someone who likes cats ! There's also a spare v small single bedroom for visitors.

Rent is 650pcm and *this includes* weekly cleaner, Virgin media package, broadband, gas and electricity. Council tax is extra if you are a working person.

I, d really prefer either a full time working professional or a postgraduate student, . Also I’m something of an owl not a lark so if you need perfect hush in the house after 10 this may not be for you! Otherwise I think I’m pretty easy to live with 😀 I like cooking and sharing a glass or wine or a film , but also need space to chill out and work at home at the moment ( I have a study so this isnt in communal areas). The house has lots of space (and a cellar for extra storage). I'd hope the right person might stay a while .
