Furnished double room available for short term lease (room is available until April). Room comes with double bed, tv, bedside tables, fridge, drawers, hanging space, washing basket, clothes rail & bin.
Rent includes all bills (including WiFi).
You will be sharing with a professional couple. I (Claire) work with young adults with learning disabilities and I am student nurse, my husband ( very weird writing that, we only got married on 14th September!!) Luke is a head chef. You will also live with our 4 year old dog Bella. Bella is very friendly, however, first time meeting you she will bark. But after meeting you she will give you puppy eyes and want cuddles!
Due to me doing a student nurse - I do occasional night shift hours so sleep during the day.
We are a friendly couple and out a lot. We enjoy having a clean house, so ask you to keep sharing spaces clean and tidy.
Our house is in a quiet area of Colinton. 5 minute walk to bus stop that get you into the centre in 20 minutes. We are a 20 minute walk from Edinburgh Napier university (craiglockhart campus).
