The flat is situated in Colinton Mains, has a private car space and free on street parking. It’s a 1 minute walk from a big Tesco, 5 minutes walk from Scotmid, takeaways (chinese, chip shop and kebab shop), also a post office and pharmacy.
Flatmate would be living with one other tenant who is a male in his 20's who works in hospitality 5 nights a week from 3:30pm till 11pm. He is sociable but also respectful of personal space so it is a happy medium in the flat.
Flat is available from around February 10th (exact date tbc)
