A lovely bright room in my home is available for rent
Perfect for someone on secondment or training course.

The space -
Large bright bedroom, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside units, front facing, s/w. Table and chair.
Great homely lounge/dining room, with period furniture, and some project pieces. Solid fuel stove, wooden floor.
Compact, kitchen, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven. Lovingly cared for real wood worktop. no tumble dryer or dishwasher.
Bathroom not enormous, but ample, there is a bath with mains shower over.

It's a quiet area and the neighbours are all super. There is free on street parking and great bus links, shops and local amenities. (Supermarkets, Library, PO, chemist, etc)
I have a lovely non-manicured garden and shared washing green. I like singing, crafts nature and reusing things and I do the occasional screen binge, but there is not a TV or internet.
2 minutes to the bypass, 15 to airport. Napier and Heriot Watt, Hermiston, Gyle and Edinburgh Park all close. 10 minute walk to the Pentlands, woods, walks, nature.

Hello, I'm Sylvia. I'm a creative person, and I work from home mostly. I am self employed running a unique tour company. I have a sense of humour...yes, we all do! mwaha
My values are important to me, and I hope to find a person that shares at least a few for us to be compatible sharing a living space. I use minimal chemical cleaners and perfumed pharma products. I prefer and practice healthy eating and sleeping habits. I enjoy cooking, crafts and laughter. I like to be sociable and have a drink, as well as sitting quietly reading or sewing. My work means that I am in and out and often quite busy around the weekends. I enjoy gardening and foraging, nature and building things.

Mature, no I don't mean old and fuddery, but that you know how to clean up after yourself, and be mindful that you leave things as you would like to find them, or better.
Cleaning, especially bathroom and kitchen, as you go, rather than when it gets gross!
