The flat is in an ideal spot in regards to transport as the 4,5,16,27 and 400 buses are within a few minutes walking distance. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to get to Princes Street by bus depending on traffic & 15 minutes by car.
There are several large shops in the area (Tesco, Morrisons and Aldi) as well within 8-15mins walk). From the door to the Pentlands is a 20-minute walk. There is on street parking and a great bus service into the city (number 16 and number 5), that will get you to princes street in 20/30minutes).The bathroom has both a shower and a bath. The kitchen has everything you will need for making meals with plenty of space on the worktops and in the cupboards.

I would like a flatmate who is reasonably clean. I'm looking for a flatmate who is working or studying. I want to find the right person to share with ,so would have to meet you before moving in. I'm keen to live with someone who has some common interests and is respectful of other people around them. I love music & nature
