As a listed building, the studio flat has a quirky feel - with original features, making it a very homely.
Due to the space and set up, this would not suit a remote worker, but rather an individual looking for a base in a safe, friendly area. There are great bus routes that run regularly.
Within walking distance there’s local coop, park, pubs, doctor’s surgery, dentist and restaurants.
There is a small open plan kitchen and living space, with a separate shower room, toilet and basin, and a bedroom at the back.
The landlords are a couple with older children who have all flown the nest. We’re looking for someone who is respectful and courteous and will enjoy the unusual yet cute space.
