Double bedroom to rent within my house. A bright, clean and warm space suitable for a male within the age range of 25-40 (some flexibility).

As you will see from the photos my house is kept clean and tidy at all times. All bills are included plus a monthly cleaner comes in to do a deep clean to keep everything within the house fresh.

The room is free from Friday the 1st March and I’m looking for a 3-6 month let with the potential for longer so feel free to get in touch to chat, arrange a meet or to come and see the house and room.

Situated in the Carrick Knowe area of Edinburgh, you are only a 5 minute walk to Saughton tram stop and then only a further 10 minute tram journey to the heart of Edinburgh city centre. You can also get to Edinburgh Airport in 15 minutes via the tram in the opposite direction. Alternately you are only a 15 minute walk from Corstorphine which has a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.

I’m a friendly, outgoing and easy going guy. I’m into a lot of different sports, I enjoy keeping in shape at the gym, playing football and socialising with friends and family. I work in the town centre so I commute to work every day on the tram.
