I have a fully furnished double room to rent in a beautiful Victorian flat with period features in Corstorphine Edinburgh.
The room is very quiet and is situated at the back of the flat overlooking the communal garden.
There is a large fully equipped kitchen diner, recently decorated bathroom, and a large sunny lounge.
All bills and WiFi are included in the monthly rent.
Free on-street parking very close to the flat (1-minute walk).
There are plenty of local amenities, shops, restaurants and takeaways within walking distance of the flat,
Corstorphine also has excellent bus links to the city centre and the airport (bus stop is less than 1 minute from flat on St Johns Road)
As well as renting the room out 7 days a week, I would also consider a Monday-Friday let.
I am a young 50-year-old freelance proofreader and editor who works from. I respect space and privacy, but do appreciate an odd chat, a cup of tea (glass of wine) and a Netflix binge (other platforms are available) occasionally
