Rent + some bills included (Internet, council tax). Energy and gas is not included and we split it 3 ways. Cleaner comes once per month also split 3 ways.

I am Cam and I have a double bedroom available in Corstopine
- 15 mins cycling/ 8 mins Uber/ many direct buses to the town centre and to the airport (13 mins bus ride to the city centre/airport - the bus stop is right in front of the building).
- Super convenient location with a local coop, boots, butcher next door. 15 mins walk to Tesco Extra.

- This is a 3 bedroom 100 sqm flat.

- The lodger’s room is super spacious with a desk for wfh.

- There is a room (my home office) between the master bedroom and the lodger’s room so plenty of privacy.

- The living room is very bright during the day and cozy at night with a brilliant projector for movie night!

- The flat also has a great view and a lovely south facing balcony - we have done a few BBQ on the balcony so no doubt you will be invited for the next one :)

- You can leave your bike in the communal garden

- Free on street parking

Sadly my current flatmate is moving in with her partner so I am looking for a friendly flatmate who is fun to hangout with but also respect private space and keep the communal space clean.

A bit about myself, I love music, art, traveling and hangout with friends. I also love hosting occasional dinner parties on Friday/Saturday with friends. I am currently living here with my boyfriend (who loves games and squash). We also have cute ragdoll cat who enjoys going out for walks(We hope you like animals :D ).
