I live alone and work full time as a professional. I am very sociable. I am looking for someone to share who is also sociable, is clean, tidy and willing to share housework.

There are excellent transport links with buses every 5 minutes to city centre during peak times and only 15 minutes travel time to the city centre. Direct link to Edinburgh Park in 15 minutes and Gogarburn in 20 minutes. The Tram service is also available into the city centre, including to and from the Airport. Free on street parking available.

Excellent local amenities including convenience shops, large Tesco and several take away options, bars, cafes and restaurants.

All bills are included (gas, electricity, TV licence and wireless broadband). Sky TV could be made available within the double bedroom for an extra cost.

Deposit = £300.

Please note rent and deposit are due on the day of entry and will be due each month in advance. A deposit will be required if the occupier books the room in advance of taking up occupancy of the room. In the event of the occupant not obliging the agreed terms the deposit will therefore be deemed non-refundable.
