Double room available for rent in house shared with professional couple. Room comes double bed (with under bed storage), wardrobe and desk. Also exclusive access to main bathroom as we have an en-suite which we use. Shared access to kitchen.

Room is in a new build three bedroom property located in South Gyle. It is ideally located for someone looking to be close to the Edinburgh Business Park area, Gyle Shopping Centre, Napier University (Sighthill) or Edinburgh College (Sighthill), as these places are all within walking distance. There is a bus stop approx 3 mins walk away and tram stop approx 5 mins walk away and both of these give easy access to city centre or airport. Edinburgh Park and South Gyle railway stations are both 10 min walk away.

We're out of the house from around 7.00am until 5.30pm most days either working or at the gym. We like to go out for dinner at the weekends.

We're quiet, tidy people and looking for someone similarly quiet and respectful. We tend to go to bed quite early during the week with our early morning starts!
