1 bedroom to rent in newly renovated flat

Hi, my name is mark. I’m a pharmacist working in Edinburgh. I’ve recently renovated my flat and looking for someone to move in to my spare room for the next few weeks/months. I’m easy going, particularly tidy and very busy between work, gym and socialising. I have no preference over the tenants gender, occupation or religion how ever I would be looking for someone of a similar age to my self. The room has a double bed, a desk and plenty storage. The flat is within two minute walk to Asda chesser or the west retail park with Aldi, home bargain, M&S, Costa, Greg’s etc. Slateford station is also a two minute walk and there is a train that gets you into Waverley every hour within 9 minutes. Buses are also very frequent (about every 8 minutes) from either gorgie road or slateford road and take about 25 minutes to princess street. I am looking for a short term let as my boyfriend will be moving in with me in march and I feel the flat would be a little cramped for three people however I am happy for the tenant to stay longer until they find more permanent accommodation. The bathroom also has underfloor heating and all bills are included!
