Lovely furnished double room (sorry no couples) in a beautiful and tidy flat in Craigmillar. 15 min by bus to the city centre, Frequent bus services, many local shops around (Lidl, Tesco Express, Polish shop, Greggs).
I’m looking for one person to rent one bedroom in spacious and beautiful 2 bed flat.
I'm early 40s, Polish, working full time in a 9 to 5, been in Edinburgh over a decade. I’m exceptionally tidy and organised, I’m friendly but respect other person privacy. I love cooking, reading and outdoors. I'm looking for a flatmate that I get along well with as it's important to me to have a nice vibe in the house.
The flat is fully furnished and equipped (fridge, washing machine, toaster, many pots and pans, electric hob, comfortable sofa, big table in dining area). Shared areas include: back garden, living room + dining room + kitchen as one open space, bathroom with separate bath and shower.
