Two double bedrooms with en-suite

We are two guys (Igor and Vojta, both 26) who are looking for one other person to join our house. The house is very spacious, has three bathrooms. The room is a large en-suite double bedroom- £820 per month, with bills, which come around £90 per person in winter, less in summer.

We are graduates from Uni of Edinburgh. We have been working for a year now. We are very easy-going and chill.
We like to chill in the living room just as much as going out to pub, but we do not host parties in the house. We are definitely keen to become good friends with our next flatmate, but also respect everybody's privacy and alone time.
Ideally, we would want find people who would consider staying long-term (at least 6 monhts) and would like for somebody to move on September the 1st.
