The flat has a calm and relaxed vibe — not a party place. It’s more about having a comfortable home where you can unwind after work and enjoy a quiet environment.
It would suit someone who keeps things reasonably clean and is mindful of shared spaces. No smoking inside the flat and no extreme habits.
